Coronation Street wins Best Soap at BAFTA TV Awards

Congratulations to Coronation Street who have won tonight's BAFTA TV Award for Best Soap and  Continuing Drama!

Cast members who attended the event to collect the award included Julie Hesmondhalgh (Hayley Cropper, David Neilson (Roy Cropper), Samia Ghadie (Maria Connor), Jane Danson (Leanne Barlow) and Kate Ford (Tracy Barlow).
