Roy’s nowhere to be seen this week, he’s been missing since Hayley’s funeral. I don’t know about you, but I’m worried sick about him.

In other news, Tina’s back from that London and back behind the bar at The Rovers Return.  Norris overhears Carla talking about Rob kissing Tina, and it’s news that Norris is keen to pass on as quickly as possible, to Tracy of course. She lunges at Tina in the pub and dumps Rob, despite Deirdre telling her not to be so hasty: “You might get a weekend away out of him, you know, a mini-break or summat.” Carla wastes no time and sets up her newly-single brother on a date with Tina in the Bistro. It turns awkward when Carla and Peter make it a double-date and Peter twinkles his eyes at Tina when he should be canoodling Carla.

There’s another love triangle going on when Andrea, who Steve fancies, is asked out by Lloyd. Andrea and Lloyd are now an item, although not one that works for this fan.  And it doesn’t really work for Andrea either, as she really wants Steve. And Steve really wants Andrea, which isn’t great news for Michelle, who’s fed up.

Anna’s starting to regret Owen getting into business with Phelan when Phelan makes it clear he wants to start getting into bed with Anna.  She can’t tell Owen as the building contract for work at The Mill is too lucrative to lose so she’s saying nowt, for now.

And finally this week, Rita’s not happy when Dennis gets cosy with Gloria again and accompanies her to a gig that Ritchie’s playing at.  But Rita needn’t worry too much, Gloria’s not fussed which fella she gets the most attention from and to Dennis’ dismay, Ritchie gets in first and whisks Gloria away after the gig.

And that's just about that for this week. Remember, you can sign up to get these Corrie weekly updates by email at http://www.corrie.net/updates/weekly/subscribe.htm

Not been bothered by the absence of Roy Cropper or his miserable glum face he has on all the time (yes, even when Hayley was around he still looked fed up).

Anna hardly knows Phelan and has been suspicious of the smarmy creep from the start so why on earth would she turn up at his house on her own 'to apologise'? Ridiculous scenario which reminded me a bit of Maria and Frank Foster.
