More Coronation Street Christmas wedding spoilers

In today's Sunday Mirror magazine there's a good interview with Catherine Tyldesley, who plays Eva Price in Coronation Street.

Catherine gives a few spoilers away about the upcoming Christmas wedding on Corrie. So what better thing to do with an interview like that than to share the best bits of it here on the Coronation Street Blog.

Catherine says that Eva gets to be bridesmaid at the Corrie Christmas wedding when her step-sister Leanne re-marries Nick Tilsley.  Eva deliberately sets out to sabotage the wedding by getting very drunk at the hen party, so drunk that she plans not to be able to get up the next day to carry out her bridesmaid duties.

Eva also tries to out-dress the bride in something completely over the top. Catherine says that the wedding was filmed on location where the cast had a lot of fun. So mch fun that the director ended up being like a school head-teacher, trying to round everyone up to control them.

Check out all of the Coronation Street Christmas spoilers here.

Perhaps Eva will that same backless red dress, only back-to-front, but without the black bra. That would upstage the bride.

Well, I suppose it will be different for the bridesmaid to be too drunk to go through with the wedding. She could always just kidnap Nick and profess her undying love for him while holding him hostage in a remote location. Thus recycling several storylines at once.

Maybe this is a smoke-screen. Maybe it's gonna be Ty & Kirsty's wedding that gets wrecked. Wouldn't THAT be nice?!!!! :-D
