For those of us enjoying Ken and Deirdre's bedtime stories on the official ITV Coronation Street website, episode two is now online. I like these little video extras although I'm not normally a fan of watching anything online. But they're well written, good fun and best of all for this Corrie fan, only three mintues long. Anyone else enjoying them a lot?

Deirdre and her cup of tea made me laugh, then Ken getting it all over him xD
Loving them!
There's a definite element of the 'Royle Family' about the way they come across and completely hilarious :-)
The only thing is, my mother, who doesn't have internet access, would love this, so if they could 'red button' it, she and many others, would be able to enjoy these webisodes like those of us online are :-)
However, I'm having to find 'alternate means' so she can enjoy them... :-p
Yes, I think they're wonderful. Was in hysterics watching! Hope that ITV do screen them, maybe at the end they will.
Seems a lot of Facebook fans think it was 'boring', is this indicative of the way Corrie has gone? That they are so used to quick and short scenes with heavy drama they now find this alien? It seems to be what Betty Driver lamented the lack of nowadays, scenes with characters just talking to each other about nothing.
I'm enjoying these. :)
I love these - very old style Corrie! I saw a scene from 1988 recently in which Alf Roberts was moaning to Sally Webster about customers buying things for about 99p at the Corner Shop and then paying with £10 notes. It had the same kind of wit and everydayness as Ken and Deirdre's Bedtime Stories!

I live in the US and cant view these from the TV site but they are posted on You Tube..
